We Left London for This — Inside a £830,000 4 Bedroom New Build Home in Essex | Property London

Today, Property London visits Hare’s Leap — a stunning collection of four and five bedroom new build homes by Bellway, set in six acres of beautiful Essex countryside in the picturesque village of Henham. And yes, we left London for this one. Here’s why. We tour the four bedroom show home, finished to an exceptional standard throughout. Think traditional Shaker-style kitchen with AEG appliances, open plan kitchen dining and family room with bi-fold doors onto the garden, a stunning principal suite, underfloor heating to all ground floor rooms and premium Roca bathrooms throughout. Every home also comes with a garage, off-street parking and electric vehicle charging as standard — with PV solar panels and studios above garages available on selected plots.
