Inside a Mansion With a $1,000,000 Home Cinema

Touring Villa Serenique, a $65,000,000 modern mansion in Brentwood, Los Angeles, featuring a $1 million private home cinema, an extraordinary wellness retreat and nearly 20,000 square feet of resort-style living. Located at 401 N Tigertail Road, Villa Serenique is a one-of-one Los Angeles estate set behind gates on more than one acre. The residence offers nine bedrooms, expansive indoor-outdoor entertaining spaces and panoramic canyon and city views—all just minutes from Brentwood Village. Created over four years in collaboration with Tiffany Harris Design, the home is wrapped in hand-chiseled Portuguese limestone and layered with Roman plaster, travertine, warm wood and board-formed concrete. The result is a modern Los Angeles mansion that feels organic, inviting and timeless despite its incredible scale. The tour begins through a dramatic double-height entry framed by floor-to-ceiling glass before opening into formal and casual living spaces, a chef’s kitchen with custom brass detailing and seamless outdoor entertaining areas overlooking the property. One of the greatest surprises is the soundproof private home cinema, reportedly costing approximately $1 million to create. Beyond the theater, Villa Serenique includes a wine cellar and an incredible car gallery that can also transform into a drive-in movie theater. The home’s private wellness facilities rival those of a five-star resort, with an indoor-outdoor gym, Pilates studio, lap pool, cold plunge, infrared sauna and steam spa. Outside, a resort-style swimming pool and hot tub are surrounded by manicured lawns, citrus and olive trees, gardens, a soccer field, pickle ball court and an Italian-inspired dining terrace. Villa Serenique brings together architecture, wellness, entertainment and privacy to create one of the most complete luxury estates we have toured in Los Angeles. At the time of filming, the property was presented at $65,000,000. Pricing and availability may have changed since this tour was recorded.
